On the 12th of October 2023, the ATTA Centre will host the Baltic Capital Markets Conference, the largest capital markets conference in the Baltics. For the second year in a row it will bring together representatives of local companies and investment professionals from the Baltic States. The conference will cover a wide range of industry topics, providing an opportunity for local and foreign entrepreneurs and professionals to discuss the development and current affairs of the Baltic capital markets.
This year's conference will feature more than 25 speakers including Kaarel Ots, Chairman of the Board, Nasdaq Tallinn and CEO, Nasdaq Baltic; Magnus Hardarson, President, Nasdaq Iceland; Mihkel Torim, Head of Investments, LHV Bank; Irmantas Norkus, Partner, COBALT Lithuania; Māris Vainovskis, Managing Partner, Eversheds Sutherland Bitans; Daiga Auziņa-Melalksne, Board Member, Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance; Jurijs Adamovičs, Founder and Chairman, APF Holdings; Pauls Cālītis, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member, airBaltic, and many others.

The Baltic Capital Markets Conference will be held in five panel sessions on topics such as:
- "Baltic IPO: Opportunities and Challenges Today", moderated by Irmantas Norkus, Partner at COBALT Lithuania. The discussion will bring together experts from investment banks Citi and LHV Bank, as well as professionals from local Latvian companies airBaltic and Alūksnes Bird Farm.
- "The Baltic Bond Market - A Stable Source of Financing for Local Entrepreneurs", moderated by Edmunds Antufjevs, Head of Investment Banking at Signet Bank. The discussion will bring together financial and legal experts from the EBRD, Eleving Group, Cobalt Latvia and Lithuania's BeMyBond Platform. Juris Gulbis, Chairman of the Board of CleanR Group and Sander Pikkel, Head of Brokerage at LHV Bank will also share their capital market experience.
- "The role of Baltic companies in the development of local capital markets", moderated by Maris Vainovskis, Managing Partner, Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns. The panel will include experts from Riga City Council, Latvian Ministry of Finance, Nasdaq Tallinn and EPSO-G. The panel will be introduced by a presentation by Dorota Dziedzic, Head of the CEE Research Group, Fitch Ratings, titled "Fitch Ratings: Rating of entities related to governments. Assessing extraordinary support.)
- "Which international markets add value for Baltic issuers?" by Daiga Auziņa-Melalksne, Member of the Board of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance. The panel will be introduced by Indars Aschuk, CEO of Nasdaq CSD SE, who will present "What is a dual listing, and why do companies opt for it?". The panel discussion will include experts from Bank of America, Nasdaq CSD SE, Ignitis Group and KPMG.
- "Baltic Family Offices Gaining Ground in the Baltic Capital Markets", moderated by Kaidi Ruusalepp, CEO of Funderbeam and featuring experts from BDO Family Wealth Services Draugiem Capital and MA1 Capital.
